When you connect your AWS environment, you grant LogiCloud permission to access usage and billing data for optimization purposes only. You retain full ownership of your data.
All content, features, and functionality of the platform—including code, design, logos, and branding—are owned by LogiCloud and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to LogiCloud or its users.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in specific cost savings or outcomes.
In no event shall LogiCloud be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
